VINTAGE CHILDS SCHOOL DESK

We have just received a refurbished Vintage Childs School Desk.
This desk stands 64cms high x 45.5cms wide x 38cms deep.
There are 2 pencil grooves as well as provision for an ink bottle

This is truly a 'blast from the past' as I think most of us can recall sitting at one of these desks as a Grade 1 pupil.





(This desk has been sold to a lovely local lady called Trish 10/2/11 who is going to have it in her house for her grandchildren)

These racquets are in ‘as is’ condition – some have gut strings and others are more recent.

Latest News - AWARD WINNERS!

ChanSes R is the winner of the Local Authority Waste Management Advisory Committee (LAWMAC) award for excellence in waste management or recycling, for 2009.

Accepting the award from Mackay Regional Council’s Waste Management Portfolio Councillor Mr Greg Thomsen, is the General Manager of Tri Q Inc, Mr Bernie Scott.

The award is called the "Rossco" in honour of the late Ross Overton, a prime mover for the establishment of LAWMAC in the 1990's and a staunch promoter of the 3 R's - reduce, reuse and recycle.

ChanSes R is very proud to be the recipient of this hotly contested and much sought after award.

The Carousel Room has a lovely wedding dress that was recently donated, featuring a stunning hand-sewn pearl bodice with pearl scalloped edges on the beautiful satin gown. This amazing outfit has a detachable train and comes with a satin edged veil.

Look at what can be achieved by recycling!

1. Singer Sewing machine base, silky oak bedhead, recycled bevel edged mirror = elegant hall table
2. Old pine wardrobe with panels removed and glass inserted = display cabinet for anything you collect

I am currently renovating my house at Eimeo and I have found some recycled timber curtain rods, a lovely rug, rubber backed curtains, a laundry trolley and a small cupboard that I have repainted. All these items are in very good condition.

I was amazed at the vast range of items you have for sale. Your shop is very well stocked, the sales site is well sorted in racks. The sofa bed I purchased is clean and works well.
